Besides a practice of coaching since 1978, François-Noël draws upon a breadth of direct hands-on management, consultancy and human experience to broaden Clients’ awareness of complex contexts.

To name just a few of such fields of critical relevance deeply entangled within institutions, organisations and relations: branding of identities, economics and processes of industrialisation, trans-cultural agility.

A father to two sons and three daughters, Algeria born (1949) and raised Mensan coach François-Noël enjoys theatre acting and listening to jazz and classical music.

François-Noël trained eight years with world brand and corporate identity strategist Wally Olins after reading business administration and structuralism in linguistics.

To portray and commit the international ambition of groups of often product-oriented national companies aiming at holding their territory in a yet indistinctly emerging Europe, he implemented the corporate identity strategies he had researched and designed - from corporate posture and identification to quality, retail and brand portfolio management.

Then alumnus of Salzburg Seminar of American Studies on Transformation, Communication and Social Change, François-Noël left a directorship at Wolff Olins to form his own partnership in London.

He focused upon re-engineering the representations of boundless quality-thriving organisations in industrial Europe and delivered further means to logistical and cultural integration to environments where people’s place, contribution and agility were to be rapidly transformed beyond recognition.

Since the turn of the century, François-Noël teams with organisations engaged in many aspects of the industrialisation of service.

He addresses such issues as sustaining corporate development upon utmost value - e.g. customer innovation, and investigates, experiments, delivers and operates processes designed to deploy human and personal potentials in global networks upon the quality and the economics of the corporate bond.
